Paper Submission

For plenary talks、keynote talks（邀请报告） and regular talks（作者投稿）: A 250-word abstract for Huitong APP display. 

For regular talks (作者投稿): The conference accepts contributions in the form of full papers (6 pages, but up to 8 papers) or extended abstracts (up to 2 pages). Full papers or extended abstracts must be submitted in PDF format prepared strictly following the IEEE PDF Requirements for Creating PDF Documents for the IEEE Xplore®. Please download Conference-LaTeX-template and Conference-Templates-Word.

Additional pages to the 6-page limit imposed for all papers require an extra fee of 100 USD per additional page (21% VAT included), up to a total maximum of 8 pages per paper, i.e. only 2 extra pages are allowed)

All accepted papers are expected to be included in IEEE Xplore and will be indexed by EI.

Extended abstract submission guidelines:

• All abstracts must be submitted in PDF format, and must be created by the author (co-authors are allowed).
• 500 word minimum; 1000 word maximum; 2 page maximum – inclusive of text, graphics, and references.
• Please include at the top of the abstract the name of the principal author, the institute or affiliation the paper represents, and the title of the paper.
• The originally-submitted abstract cannot be used as a substitute for the conference paper. Please note that abstract PDFs do not need to be converted through the IEEE Xplore PDF eXpress service.
• Authors of accepted papers are expected to prepare and submit the conference paper (5 to 8 pages) for conference proceedings at the conference before September 15.

Only original material should be submitted.

Papers must be written in English and should describe original work, which has not been published or being reviewed for other conferences. Please submit the full-paper in .doc or .pdf format limited to six pages. Accepted paper will be sent to IEEE Xplore for indexing (subject to fulfilling the IEEE regulation).

Notification of Paper Acceptance

Paper submission will be notified of acceptance or rejection by e-mail by 31st August, 2024.
